BreathAssure Breath Freshener – Not The Miracle Breath Freshener
The makers of BreathAssure breath freshener have experienced some probing into their advertising claims that BreathAssure breath fresheners eliminate bad breath for an extended period of time even after eating typically offensive foods. Other breath freshener manufacturers have raised questions as to the credibility of some of the BreathAssure breath fresheners claims that it is superior to other breath freshening products on the market. In fact, legal action has been taken to disallow BreathAssure Inc from making unsubstantiated claims about their breath freshener and its ability to freshen breath in certain cases.
BreathAssure fresheners are made up of a number of herbs that are said to help eliminate odors in the mouth caused by a number of foods, and give fresh breath. These ingredients include sunflower oils and parsley seed. Other ingredients allegedly assist with digestion like chamomile, ginger and true licorice. BreathAssure is now forbidden from claiming that any of the ingredients taken by mouth will freshen the breath in any extraordinary way.
BreathAssure Inc has been instructed by a federal court order to cease using any phrase that makes a factual claim about their product and its ability to give fresh breath. BreathAssure can no longer suggest that their product eliminates the most difficult breath odors caused by foods or assists with digestion, or guarantee any kind of breath or mouth freshening.
While BreathAssure has been dealt a legal blow dealing with their ability to advertise and market their product as they see fit, the breath freshener has been around long enough to be sampled by many different users. Being able to freshen anyone’s breath for an extended period of time naturally through digesting might no longer be a part of the Breathassure advertising campaign, but continue to look for other promotions including testimonials to make an educated decision about trying a new breath freshener like BreathAssure.
